ANGELS Initiative
ANGELS Initiative is a global community of stroke professionals aiming to improve stroke care by providing hospitals with the necessary tools and knowledge to ensure that every stroke patient gets the best possible care. The initiative focuses on increasing the number of patients treated in stroke units and with clot-dissolving medication.
MT2020
Mission Thrombectomy 2020
An initiative by the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology (SVIN), MT2020 aims to improve global access to mechanical thrombectomy, a life-saving treatment for acute ischemic stroke. By advocating for system-level changes and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, MT2020 strives to optimize stroke systems of care and increase the number of patients receiving this critical intervention.
