A Guide to an Active Life After Stroke – with lightness and honesty, this podcast explores the challenges, obstacles, and adventures stroke survivors may face. Hosted by Eliška, aka Holka s handicapem, who experienced a stroke at 20, and Hanka, creator of awareness projects about stroke. You’ll hear practical tips, survivor stories, and expert insights for patients and their loved ones.

AfaSbor
The first choir in Czechia for people with aphasia after stroke. Singing together not only supports speech recovery, but also brings joy and connection. Anyone can join – no matter where you live! Our first meeting is planned for autumn 2025, and family and friends are welcome too. Together, we’re building a warm, supportive space where everyone can find their voice.
