EFFECT OF A FEEDBACK PROMPT ON THE FREQUENCY OF USE OF REGISTRY OF STROKE CARE QUALITY (RES-Q) DATA

RES-Q is an international platform that collects hospital data on stroke care, helping hospitals monitor and improve the quality of the care they provide. This study aims to evaluate whether sending targeted reminders to hospital coordinators can increase the use of RES-Q for quality improvement. These reminders include a short message encouraging the use of RES-Q data, along with a direct link to the hospital’s RES-Q report and dashboard. The study will examine whether this approach increases the number of hospitals generating reports, the frequency of report generation, the number of users accessing the reports, and the number of dashboard views. It will also assess whether the intervention leads to improvements in 12 key stroke care processes.
