The first community meeting of Aktivně po mrtvici (Active After Stroke) is behind us – and it was amazing!

On Saturday, October 18, the first in-person meeting took place in Brno, bringing together nearly 40 stroke survivors, family members and professionals for an afternoon full of inspiration, sharing and connection.

👉 The event opened with Hanka and Eliška, founders of the Aktivně po mrtvici initiative, who introduced the platform and its benefits for members.

👉 Participants then learned about digital tools for stroke rehabilitation developed by the Health Management Institute, followed by an engaging panel discussion with experts from ERGO Aktiv and AfaSbor.

👉 The day ended with a practical physiotherapy session led by Terka Panchochová, helping participants improve coordination and stability.

The atmosphere was warm, friendly and full of energy – laughter, inspiration and great conversations everywhere. 🧠💬
