Empowering Our Team with New Skills in Peer Support

Three of our HMI colleagues – Anežka, Ela, and Anna – attended an accredited course “Implementation of Peer Consultant into Services,” which they successfully completed and received certification for. 🎓✨

Thanks to this, we have strengthened our know-how in involving people with lived experience of illness in support activities. 💬💪

These new skills will be applied in the development of our Aktivně po mrtvici and Afasbor projects, where peer workers help new members, share experiences, and strengthen the community of people after a stroke. 🧠💚
